To fully experience the history, culture, and traditional arts of this red city, explore Marrakech with a knowledgeable guide and driver. This includes visiting the old city’s food markets, fountains, artisan workshops, historical buildings, gardens, and museums. Visit the vibrant Souks, which are home to tinsmiths, dyers, herbalists, and other artisans, before finishing in Djemaa El Fna Square, where hundreds of people gather every day to watch storytellers, dancers, snake charmers, acrobats, jugglers, and other performers of every description perform.

What to Expect

After breakfast and following a pick up from your accommodation our driver will take you to start exploring the red city of Morocco. Our guide will make sure that you will visit all the important sites starting by the The twelfth-century Koutoubia mosque, which is surrounded by a magnificent, clean square with its lofty tower. The majorelle gardens will fascinate you by the indigo buildings inside it and its odd plants. 

The next stop is the Ben Youssef Madrassa, one of Morocco’s largest theological colleges and a stunning example of Moroccan architecture. Additionally, you will see the Saadian tombs and the Bahia Palace, mosque Al Mansour, the Jewish Quarter which are all inside the old Medina, you will also see the local handicrafts, which include leather goods, copper goods, silver jewelry, artisan studios, tanneries, and carpets from the Berber people.

You will have free time to have lunch after that you will continue your tour inside the medina to see traditional bakeries called “Fran” and old houses and walls dating back  to 1000 years. Moreover you will see beautiful fountains made of colorful Zelije… Our final stop will be at Jamma El Fnaa, the incredibly popular part of the medina that attracts millions of Moroccan  and tourists each year, so there is no wonder this place is bustling and you fill find storytellers, dancers, snake charmers, acrobats, jugglers, and other performers. Finally our driver will take you back to your accommodation.
